Recognizing that WorkLife ministry must shape to the vision and core values of your individual church, the WorkLife CoreMatrix is comprised of six CoreElements™ that produce a simple yet highly effective structure that flexes to meet your needs.

The CoreElements translate the heart of God for peoples work lives into intentional and measurable action for your church. How these CoreElements are sequenced and the pattern they form may look different in every church. But, the goal is the same: a balanced approached to growing people's WorkLife influence implemented according to your church's natural timetable.

The WorkLife CoreMatrix serves as the foundation in how you train, develop and mature WorkLife for your people over time. Based on your goals, your WorkLife leadership team is trained in the church-proven methods and best practices of the WorkLife University Training System. Tangible and practical WorkLife resources, such as pastor aids, small group curriculums, and WorkLife toolsets for individuals have been collected in the WorkLife EquipCenter.
